Athlete Performance- Speed, Power, Agility
We emphasize technique improvements, progressive overload and consistency as keys to success. We spend time breaking down technique, sprint technique and exercise technique, so the athlete knows what he or she needs to improve on. Each training session will be progressively more difficult than the last. Athletes are consistently asked to run faster, jump higher or lift a little bit more. Lastly, and most importantly, just show up! Consistently get to the gym, consistently push yourself and good things will happen!
The training is paramount but I also try create an environment where athletes can relax and be themselves. I take great pride in having a facility that my athletes love coming to where they will work hard but can also laugh and have a good time!
Group Training
Are you tired of the same old workout routine? Are you tired of being just another number at bootcamp? Are you over trying to create your own workouts? Are you too busy to get to the gym?
Our group training programs progressed weekly and changed monthly. We limit the size of our groups to allow a personalized training experience for our humans. Our programs are designed to build strength and burn calories and have been proven effective time and time again. We offer a variety of time slots throughout the day to make it easy for you to get a workout in regardless of how hectic your life is!
Nutrition
What you put into your body has a major impact on your performance and body composition. This isn't news! 99% of people have busy lives outside the gym and our approach is to keep things as simple as possible to allow you to make progress with minimal time investment. We emphasize small daily changes and patience. We obviously want you to reach your goal, but we want you to do it in a way that will allow you to maintain your results for years!
